ckdls download directory processor.

I use this script to process downloads from usenet.

I download sets of files or .ZIP or .RAR files from usenet using nget, and 
this script will run every so often via a cron job to repair and unarchive
all of the completed downloads.

Par, Par2, unzip and RAR are required to get thing running.

Development was done under x86 GNU/Linux platform.
